Okay, so I peeked first to see if I was right before writing my guess here, but I really DID guess correctly. Honest! It must be from so many years of seeing those darned things grow in my pantry. I’m so glad that someone came up with the idea of bulk bins at Meijer. Now, I can buy just a few at a time instead of watching 5 lbs. grow those eyes that stare at you wondering if you will ever get around to cooking them!
