Dinner in lab can be fun

Being the busy little worker bee that she is, Chels decided to be a good influence on me and work most of the day (and night) Sunday. Right about dinner time I got a break in my work, but she didn’t so I thought it would be nice to make dinner. We got a book from my parents for Christmas that containing recipes, legends, and lore of Ann Arbor. Having successfully created a squash-bourbon soup last night, we thought we’d try another one.

I made the meal and Nick’s meals-on-wheels brought it to 144 Kinzelberg hall for a makeshift dinner in the hallway on a random cart with a lap napkin.

It was actually a lot of fun. The food was damn good too, if you like fish I’ll give you the recipe.
